Do I still need a general contractor if I hire you?
YES. On projects that may require structural work, framing or roofing (on certain cases) a general contractor is required. We work alongside your general contractor—or help you select a reputable one. Think of us as your advocate and expert guide, ensuring that contractors deliver what’s promised and that your interests come first at every step.
NO. In most cases, we deal direct with licensed trade experts and don’t require a general contractor. Saving you money and allowing you the ability to possibly allocate saved funds towards expanding your project.
How is pricing structured for your project management services?
We offer flexible pricing based on project size, scope, and complexity—either as a flat fee, a percentage of the project cost, or in phased stages. We’ll walk you through the structure that best fits your project so there are no surprises.
